1. Digital Product Delivery
All our products are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.
After successful payment, you will receive:
- A download link on the checkout/thank you page, and/or
- A download link via email
Delivery is typically instant, but may take up to 5–15 minutes depending on your payment provider.
2. Delayed or Missing Downloads
If you do not receive your files:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Ensure your email address is correct
If you still cannot access your files, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.
3. Incorrect Email Address
If you entered the wrong email during checkout, please contact us immediately so we can resend your files.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience issues downloading or opening files, we will assist you and provide a working copy if necessary.
5. Physical Products (If Applicable in the Future)
If we offer physical products in the future:
- Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location
